Inbound Travel Consultants 

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inbound Travel Consultant to prepare quotations, manage client accounts, achieve sales targets, and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage reservations, bookings, and confirmations.
• Prepare itineraries, quotations, and costings.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and guides.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with clients and partners.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the travel experience.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in reservations, travel operations, or destination management will be preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi, German, or Spanish will be a definite advantage.
