Bayport Financial Services Botswana invites suitably qualified and self-motivated individuals to submit an Expression of Interest to be appointed as Independent Sales Representatives. Successful applicants will be engaged as independent contractors and will be remunerated in accordance with an independent contractor agreement.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell Bayport financial products and services to potential customers within an assigned area.
- Identify and interact with prospective customers.
- Assist customers with product applications and onboarding processes.
- Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships within local communities.
- Provide accurate product information using Bayport-approved materials.
Requirements
- A detailed curriculum vitae (CV).
- A certified copy of a valid National Identity Document (Omang/ID).
- Certified copies of academic and professional qualifications.
- COP qualification (Long-Term and Short-Term Insurance).
- A brief motivation of why you would like to operate as an Independent Sales Representative with Bayport and the area you are applying for.
- Any additional supporting documents relevant to your application.
- A completed application form (if provided).
Salary
Commission-based remuneration structure only.
