Job Summary

The Indoor Sales Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving showroom sales by assisting customers in selecting suitable construction materials and interior decorative products. The role requires strong product knowledge, effective communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to achieve sales targets while maintaining an attractive and organized showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Promote and sell construction materials and interior decoration products, including gypsum boards, wall panels, partitioning systems, and related accessories.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up with customers to close sales.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Product Knowledge

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, specifications, pricing, and promotions.
• Explain product features, benefits, installation methods, and applications to customers.
• Stay informed about new products and industry trends.
