Responsibilities:
Influencer Program Oversight:

Supervise influencer onboarding, activation, and ongoing operations

Ensure activities follow approved workflows, messaging, and brand guidelines

Monitor consistency across regions, platforms, and influencer groups

Identify and escalate operational risks, deviations, or violations
Compliance & Risk Monitoring:

Ensure influencer activities comply with disclosure requirements and platform policies

Monitor for brand risks, compliance issues, or unauthorized messaging

Escalate violations, delays, or reputational concerns immediately
Performance & Operational Monitoring:

Track influencer performance and operational adherence

Identify underperformance, execution drift, or process breakdowns

Support operational stability during high-volume campaign periods
Cross-Team Coordination:

Coordinate with influencer coordinators, content teams, and communications teams

Ensure influencer operations remain aligned across all campaign phases and regions

Maintain structured operational control during scaling activities
Requirements:

Experience in influencer program supervision, campaign operations, or influencer operations management

Strong understanding of influencer workflows, compliance requirements, and platform guidelines

Experience managing or supervising large-scale or multi-region influencer programs

Strong organizational, monitoring, and escalation skills
