Our client, a distributor within the apparel and branded merchandise industry based in Cape Town, is seeking an organised, customer-focused, and commercially minded Inside Sales & Showroom Coordinator to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for managing inbound sales enquiries, coordinating orders, maintaining the showroom, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Salary: R15 000 - R18 000 CTC
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside sales, sales coordination, or showroom-based role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with CRM systems (Monday.com experience a bonus)
- Comfortable with inventory or order management software-Cin7/DEAR experience advantageous
- High attention to detail, data accuracy in reports and dashboards is non-negotiable
- Experience in branded merchandise, wholesale, fashion accessories, or related industries is a plus, not a must
- Driver's License

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Own and convert all inbound sales enquiries across WhatsApp, email, and showroom walk-ins; managing the full process from first contact to invoiced order
- Maintain and present the showroom professionally at all times, ensuring displays are current, accurate, and on-brand.
- Process and manage smaller and repeat orders end-to-end: accurate quoting, order capture in Cin7, and coordination with the warehouse for fulfilment
- Respond to all inbound leads within agreed SLAs-no lead left unanswered or unlogged
- Maintain and update the CRM (Monday.com) in real time-every lead, interaction, and pipeline stage captured accurately and consistently
- Build and nurture relationships with existing smaller accounts, driving repeat business and upsell opportunities on every interaction
- Support the external sales team with sample coordination, customer information gathering, and quote preparation
- Manage the customer intake and quoting process, collecting artwork, branding specs, and order requirements accurately the first time to avoid rework
- Prepare weekly reports covering inbound volume, conversion rates, orders processed, and key customer feedback
