Employment Information

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Insurance Administrator with experience in both personal and commercial claims. The successful candidate will work within a binder environment and support the efficient handling and administration of claims processes.Location: Craighall, Johannesburg (Hybrid)Position Type: Full-TimeAvailability: Immediate Minimum requirements:
  • 2 – 5 years’ experience in a similar claims role.
  • Experience in both personal and commercial lines claims.
  • RE 5 (Essential)
  • Full NQF Level 4 qualification (advantageous)
  • Class of Business certification (advantageous)
  •  
  • Technical Skills:
    Binder claims experience (advantageous)
    Experience with Cardinal and/or CIMS 360 systems (advantageous)
  • Key Responsibilities
    Administer and process personal and commercial claims efficiently.
    Ensure compliance with binder agreements and regulatory requirements.
    Capture and manage claims data accurately on internal systems.
    Liaise with clients, brokers, and service providers.
    Monitor claim progress and ensure timely resolution.
    Assist with reporting and maintaining accurate records.
