Performance objectives for year one

• Deliver well-tested Oracle Forms and PL/SQL enhancements that meet agreed business requirements.
• Resolve production defects through structured root-cause analysis and durable corrective actions.
• Contribute to reliable REST, SOAP or WCF service integrations, including clear handling of interfaces and failures.
• Improve the maintainability and performance of existing application and database components.
• Strengthen delivery quality through documentation, peer collaboration, Agile participation and CI/CD discipline.
• Build practical understanding of the wider business systems and dependencies that the applications support.
