Key Responsibilities

  • Fraud Prevention System DevelopmentEstablish and optimize the company’s fraud prevention and internal control framework
  • Develop policies, procedures, and implementation standards for anti-fraud management
  • Fraud Risk ManagementIdentify fraud risk areas across procurement, production, warehouse, and sales processes
  • Build and update risk assessment models and maintain risk registers
  • Internal Audit ExecutionPlan and conduct regular and ad-hoc audits (e.g., procurement fraud, inventory discrepancies, expense manipulation)
  • Investigate anomalies, complaints, and whistleblowing cases
  • Investigation & Case HandlingLead fraud investigation cases, including evidence collection, interviews, and analysis
  • Prepare investigation reports and recommend disciplinary and corrective actions
  • Internal Control Improvement & Follow-upEnsure audit findings are properly addressed and corrective actions are implemented
  • Improve weak control points in business processes
  • Compliance & TrainingDeliver anti-fraud and internal control training to improve employee awareness
  • Support external audits and regulatory inspections

Qualifications

  • Education BackgroundBachelor’s degree or above
  • Major in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Law, or Business Administration preferred
  • Work Experience5–10 years of experience in internal audit or fraud investigation
  • Experience in manufacturing industry is highly preferred
  • Experience in fraud investigation or special audits is an advantage
  • Professional SkillsStrong understanding of manufacturing processes (procurement, production, inventory, sales)
  • Good knowledge of internal control frameworks and audit methodologies
  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, ERP systems)
  • Professional AttributesStrong integrity and high level of confidentiality
  • Strong analytical and independent judgment abilities
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Added AdvantagesCertifications such as CIA, CPA, or CFE are preferred
  • Experience in multinational or large manufacturing companies is an advantage
