Jubilee Health Insurance is seeking a qualified Internal Audit Officer to support the evaluation of internal controls, risk management processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance across the organization. The role involves participating in financial, operational, compliance, and risk-based audits to ensure effective controls, accurate reporting, and safeguarding of company assets.  📩 Want jobs sent directly to your phone?👉 Subscribe to SMS Job Alerts ✅ Key Responsibilities Conduct internal audits and prepare audit reports in line with approved plans Review financial, operational, and compliance processes to assess control effectiveness Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and fraud risks, and follow up on corrective actions Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support external audits Align audit practices with governance and international standards Maintain accurate and secure audit documentation Strengthen controls to prevent fraud, errors, and non-compliance Develop and enforce internal audit policies and procedures 🎯 Key Deliverables Risk-based annual audit plans (financial & operational) Timely audit reports with actionable recommendations Regulatory compliance and audit standards adherence Improved internal controls and risk reduction Effective collaboration across departments Use of audit tools and data analytics  🎓 Qualifications & Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage Additional training in Internal Auditing, Risk Management, or Insurance is beneficial  Experience & Competencies 2–3 years’ experience in internal audit, risk management, or financial controls Experience in financial services or insurance is preferred Strong knowledge of audit tools, compliance, and standards Proven ability to identify control weaknesses and implement improvements Strong leadership, analytical, and collaboration skills  📩 How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their application quoting the Job Title and Location to: 📧 recruitment@jubileetanzania.co.tz ⏰ Deadline: 21 May 2026 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
