Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan.
Conduct financial, operational, compliance, and inventory audits.
Review the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
Perform periodic and surprise stock audits across warehouses and branches.
Verify compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Audit procurement, production, warehouse, sales, and distribution processes.
Investigate fraud, stock losses, and control weaknesses where necessary.
Prepare audit reports and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
Identify business risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Safeguard company assets by ensuring adherence to established controls.
