Key Responsibilities
- Internal sales and customer account management.
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
- Identifying sales opportunities and promoting electrical, lighting, water and solar products.
- Following up on quotes, orders and deliveries.
- Providing technical product support and guidance to customers.
- Monitoring account profitability and margins.
- Managing account administration, supplier queries and payment follow-ups.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in electrical or lighting sales.
- Studying towards /Electrical Engineering Diploma advantageous.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications.
- Experience with quotations, order processing and sales administration.
- Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Self-driven, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
