What does an Internal Sales staff member do?
Our Internal Sales play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be confident and comfortable making numerous telephone calls daily, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and initiating outbound calls and emails.
• Understanding customer needs and requirements.
• Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand our vast database of prospects locally and internationally.
Requirements
• Matric.
• Minimum 10 years proven experience in a sales environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and computer skills.
