Job Summary

  • The Inventory Officer / Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring stock movements, maintaining inventory accuracy, controlling costs, and ensuring proper documentation of all inventory transactions within the store.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Monitor and track inventory levels daily.
  •  Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation.
  •  Record and verify all stock receipts, transfers, and issues.
  •  Investigate and report inventory variances and discrepancies.
  •  Prepare inventory and cost control reports.
  •  Ensure compliance with inventory management procedures and internal controls.
  •  Collaborate with procurement, operations, and management teams to maintain optimal stock levels.

Requirements

  • OND minimum in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  •  1–3 years’ experience in inventory management, stock control, or cost control, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel usage.
  •  Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  •  Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
