Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in IT, ERP implementation, ERP support, or business systems management
- Must have managed at least two full ERP implementation cycles, preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or distribution environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP processes including production, inventory, procurement, sales, warehouse management, costing, and finance workflows
- Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP Business One, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle/NetSuite, Sage, Odoo, Tally, or similar manufacturing ERP systems
- ERP
- Good knowledge of data migration, system configuration, UAT, user training, reporting, and post-implementation support
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of internal controls, user access management, audit trails, cybersecurity, backups, and data integrity is an added advantage
- Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with senior management and cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
- RP Implementation & Business Process Improvement: Lead end-to-end ERP implementation activities, gather business requirements, map processes, and ensure the system supports manufacturing controls, inventory management, costing, approvals, and reporting requirements.
- System Deployment & User Adoption: Coordinate data migration, testing, UAT, go-live activities, user training, and post- implementation support while driving user adoption and system effectiveness.
- Governance, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Monitor system performance, maintain documentation and controls, support business reporting and analytics, and drive ongoing ERP enhancements aligned with digital transformation objectives.
- IT Leadership & Future Growth: Take ownership of ERP governance, system optimization, and technology initiatives while supporting the organization's long-term technology strategy and future growth.
