IT Personnel

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support & Troubleshooting:
• Network & Internet Management
• System Administration
• Cybersecurity & Data Protection
• Hardware Maintenance
• Software & Application Management
• Documentation & Reporting
• Manage CCTV and access control systems
• Support biometric attendance devices
• Maintain company email systems
• Support cloud storage and remote access systems
• Assist with website or ERP maintenance

Requirements:

• HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1–3 years’ experience in IT support or system administration
• Relevant certifications are an advantage (CompTIA A+ (Optional), CCNA (Optional) and Microsoft Certifications)
• Computer hardware and networking knowledge
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic cybersecurity knowledge
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows systems
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
