This role is ideal for a skilled IT professional who enjoys:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT projects, providing technical support through the Jira ticketing system, and administering Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.

Key Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or qualification in Information Technology
  • Proven experience in a Senior IT support role
  • Strong knowledge of networking and MikroTik environments
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Fluent in both Afrikaans and English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other branches
