Our client based in the Northern Suburbs is looking for an IT Support Technician to join their team.
REQUIREMENTS - Matric.
- A+ and N+ certification or relevant tertiary qualification.
- 1-3 years experience in similar role.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Basic end user enquiries (Keyboards not working, Printers not printing, Internet not working, Outlook mails, etc.)
- Setup and maintenance of Camera network.
- Setup and maintenance of LAN and WIFI network.
- Setup and maintenance OF Microsoft licenses and accounts.
- Setup and maintenance of laptops/desktop devices/Phones/Printers. Which includes the setup of:
- Microsoft Account
- Domain Email Account
- Domain Network User
- Email on Outlook
- Assigning Static IP's for devices.
- Remote Desktop Access to Servers.
- VPN Access.
- Printer setups + Scanning.
- Installing of software like FTP Utility for scans, pdf viewer etc.
- Forwarding requests for approval and ordering parts if approved.
- Responsible for IT Stock and the distribution of it.
