Key Responsibilities
- Installation of New Software & Hardware
- Configuring Computer Networks
- Providing Technical Support to Users
- Diagnosing & Resolving Hardware & Software issues
- Ensuring Security & Privacy of Systems
- Minimum 2 Years' experience as an IT Technician
- Proficiency in Windows and MacOS
- Excellent Troubleshooting abilities
- Strong Communication Skills
