Job purpose:

To manage the end-to-end onboarding, Control Room monitoring, and operational integration of Blue Prism "Virtual Employees" into the live business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Control Room Operations: Monitor, control, and troubleshoot live automation workflows. Manage Blue Prism schedules, process queues, and credential validity.
• Automation Onboarding: Partner with teams at the design stage to understand infrastructure needs. Secure system access permissions for automated solutions across QA and Production phases.
• Infrastructure Coordination: Manage the procurement of necessary software licenses, virtual hardware configurations, and application validations post-installation.
• Data Maintenance & Governance: Study approved Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and ensure all process and retirement configurations are accurately maintained in the Alfabet system.
