Capture and process financial data accurately and timeously
Assist with bookkeeping functions and maintaining financial records
Perform account reconciliations (bank, creditors, and debtors)
Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions
Assist with payroll processing and related administration
Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules
Assist with tax-related documentation under supervision
Maintain organised filing systems (physical and digital)
Assist with month-end processes and reporting
Provide general administrative support to the finance team
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal financial procedures
Liaise with internal departments to resolve basic finance queries
