Position: Junior Import and export Documentation Officer

Place of work: Addis Ababa
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, review and maintain and export documents ensuring accuracy compliance with customs and company requirement
- Coordinate with supplies, freight forwarders, shipping lines and custom brokers to facilitate the timely clearance and delivery of shipment
- Track import and export shipments, maintain documentation records, and provide regural updates to internal departments while resolving documentation related issue
