Job & Company Description:

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing, improving, and implementing efficient production processes to enhance operational performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction initiatives, optimise workflows, and support overall productivity improvements.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic operational decisions while gaining exposure to a dynamic and growth-focused engineering environment.

Education:

• BEng / BSc / BTech in Industrial Engineering

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• 1–5+ years’ experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of:
  • Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma / Kaizen advantageous)
• Experience with process optimisation and workflow analysis
• Ability to conduct time studies and capacity planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level advantageous)
• Experience working with ERP systems (advantageous)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
