Junior Manager

We’re hiring a Junior Manager with 5+ years experience to run front of house at our busy Sandton Restaurant. What you’ll be doing: - Front of House Management: Lead service team, guest relations, floor control, and uphold brand standards - Cash Up Duties: Daily cash reconciliations, banking, till checks, and loss prevention - Open & Close Duties: Full store opening/closing procedures, alarms, security, stock checks - Micros POS Experience: Must be confident on Micros or similar EPOS systems. This is non-negotiable. - Team Leadership: Shift rosters, staff training, performance management Requirements: - Minimum 5 years supervisory/management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality - Proven Micros POS experience - you’ll be tested on this - Strong cash handling, admin, and reporting skills - Must be available for weekends, public holidays, and late shifts - 2 Contactable references required - we will verify
