Job Summary

  • We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing key accounts, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining long-term partnerships that support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new business.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular client visits and business reviews.
  • Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and service-related issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare sales reports, client presentations, and account performance updates.
  • Negotiate contracts and business agreements with clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Business Development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
