KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER (CERES)
Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing hire and service business based in Ceres, committed to delivering exceptional solutions across the Boland region.
They are seeking the services of an an exceptional, results-driven Key Accounts Manager who thrives in a high-performance environment and excels under pressure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record in Account Management or B2B sales.
- Experience in Customer Relations Management.
- Experience in contract negotiation.
- Excellent computer literacy. (MS Office and reporting systems)
- Excellent communication skills.
- Thriving growth and excellence in every interaction.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Marketing- oriented with a strong commercial mindset
- Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Target-driven, with a focus on sales and service excellence
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow key client accounts
- Develop strategic account plans and growth initiatives
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs
- Coordinate effectively with internal operations and finance teams
A market-related remuneration package, including a Pension Fund contribution, is offered.
