KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER (CERES)

Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing hire and service business based in Ceres, committed to delivering exceptional solutions across the Boland region.

They are seeking the services of an an exceptional, results-driven Key Accounts Manager who thrives in a high-performance environment and excels under pressure.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record in Account Management or B2B sales.
  • Experience in Customer Relations Management.
  • Experience in contract negotiation.
  • Excellent computer literacy. (MS Office and reporting systems)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Thriving growth and excellence in every interaction.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Marketing- oriented with a strong commercial mindset
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Target-driven, with a focus on sales and service excellence
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow key client accounts
  • Develop strategic account plans and growth initiatives
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service excellence
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Monitor sales performance and report on KPIs
  • Coordinate effectively with internal operations and finance teams

A market-related remuneration package, including a Pension Fund contribution, is offered.
