Key Responsibilities: 

  • Generate and qualify new business sales leads.
  • Build, establish, and maintain sustainable customer relationships to drive business growth.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets in line with annual objectives and commission structures.
  • Promote and create awareness of new products and services, including, Connectivity Solutions, Cloud Communications, Cloud Services and Security Solutions.
  • Develop strong business relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and service excellence.
  • Effectively manage daily and weekly sales activities and priorities.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Process customer agreements and new order documentation accurately.
  • Prepare and submit new business service orders.
  • Maintain and grow the existing customer base while ensuring contract retention.
  • Compile and submit relevant sales, customer, and internal reports.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve sales targets in accordance with the company's performance and commission structure.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Own reliable vehicle
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong business presentation skills
  • Proven sales track record in both new business development and account management.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to work successfully in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Adaptable and able to manage change effectively.

Work Environment:
This role combines office-based work with regular client-facing responsibilities. Remote accessibility and collaboration through relevant technologies are supported. The position requires a customer-focused approach, providing support to both internal and external stakeholders.
