About the Kitchen Supervisor Role As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily kitchen activities to ensure smooth operations and high standards.
Your leadership will be key to enhancing menu planning, controlling food costs, and implementing systems that streamline order tracking and payment processes. Key Responsibilities for Kitchen Supervisor Jobs in Lusaka Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and hygiene standards.
Assist in menu planning and perform accurate food costing to optimize resources. Enhance food quality to boost customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and implement measures to minimize wastage. Develop and maintain effective systems for order tracking and payment processing.
Qualifications and Experience Required Proven experience managing kitchens, restaurants, tuckshops, canteens, or catering businesses. Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Good understanding of stock management principles and food costing techniques. Ability to work independently and propose innovative ideas for business improvement.
Location Preference:
- Candidates residing in or near the Munali area will be given preference; however, applicants from other regions of Lusaka are also encouraged to apply.
