We are seeking a skilled and innovative Land Systems Design Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and testing of land-based systems, including vehicles, defense platforms, or heavy equipment. You will work across multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, high-performance engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop land system components and subsystems (mechanical, structural, or electromechanical)
• Perform engineering analysis, simulations, and calculations to validate designs
• Create and review technical drawings, CAD models, and documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance
• Support prototype development, testing, and validation activities
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
• 3–7 years of experience in design engineering (preferably in land systems, automotive, or defense sectors)
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar)
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and structural design principles
• Experience with simulation tools (e.g., FEA) is advantageous
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into practical designs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
