Landscaper

Raregold Investments, an agro-hospitality business operating in Glen Forest, Harare, is recruiting an experienced and dedicated Landscaper to maintain and enhance its outdoor spaces.
The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping gardens, lawns and landscaped environments attractive, healthy and well-maintained. This opportunity is suitable for an experienced landscaping professional with practical knowledge of garden maintenance, plant care and irrigation systems.
• Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, hedges and other landscaped areas to a high standard.
• Plant, nurture and maintain trees, flowers, shrubs and ornamental vegetation.
• Ensure outdoor spaces remain clean, attractive and professionally presented.
• Operate landscaping machinery and equipment safely, reporting maintenance issues when identified.
• Assist with irrigation system operations, watering schedules and general lawn maintenance.
• Carry out fertilisation, pruning, weed control and pest management activities.
• Support the ongoing improvement and upkeep of the property's outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• At least five years of practical experience in landscaping or garden maintenance.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lawn maintenance, garden planning, planting and pruning techniques.
• Good understanding of irrigation systems, plant maintenance and lawn care.
• Ability to use, handle and maintain common landscaping tools and equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity in maintaining outdoor environments.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to collaborate with other employees.
