Lead and optimize the aluminum recycling process from scrap receiving, sorting and pretreatment through melting, alloying, metal treatment, and casting.
Improve plant efficiency by increasing metal recovery, reducing energy consumption, minimizing waste and enhancing product quality.
Provide technical leadership to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor process performance, investigate operational issues, implement corrective actions, and support reliability and quality improvement programs.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental standards while contributing to sustainability and operational excellence initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Metallurgical, or related Engineering.
Minimum 10 years' experience in aluminum recycling, secondary aluminum production, or melting and casting operations.
Strong knowledge of process optimization, metallurgy, alloy chemistry, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Fluent in English.
