Responsibilities:
Sales of insurance packages to potential clients.
Achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Adherence to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk.
Adapt and change to meet evolving business operational requirements.
Resolve complaints and objections.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric.
At least 3 years' experience within a Sales Outbound Call Centre.
Fluency in English and one other South African official language.
Financial services experience.
Ability to work overtime.
