The Council of Mulungushi University is an equal opportunity employer and is inviting qualified and sufficiently motivated individuals to apply for the position of Lecturer for Information and Communication Technology.
Unit / School: School of Engineering and Technology
Location: Kabwe, Central Province, Zambia
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Purpose:
To teach, conduct research, and carry out academic-related responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Grade 12 School Certificate with at least five (5) Credits that must include English Language and Mathematics.
- Earned Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology with a Merit or better from a recognised and reputable University.
- Earned Master’s degree in Information and Communication Technology with a taught component from a recognised and reputable University.
- Earned PhD degree in Information and Communication Technology from a reputable and recognized University.
- Diploma in Teaching Methodology from a recognized Institution.
- Functional computer literacy skills.
- Competence in using e-learning platforms and ICT in teaching.
- Proof of research and publications.
- Teaching experience at University level will be an added advantage.
- Valid membership with a relevant professional body in Zambia.
