REQUIREMENT:
- RSA ID and legal residence essential
- Valid Driver's Licence essential
- Sober habits essential
- Minimum 5 years' experience in lodge, guesthouse, hotel, or hospitality management
- Proven experience managing housekeeping and grounds teams
- Strong guest relations and communication skills
- Well-presented and professionally spoken
- Hospitality qualification advantageous
- Experience with booking systems and property management software advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Willingness to live on-site and be available for operational requirements when necessary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage guest arrivals, departures, and guest relations
- Oversee accommodation bookings and reservation administration
- Supervise housekeeping and grounds teams
- Conduct daily room and property inspections
- Ensure rooms and facilities meet guest-ready standards
- Coordinate venue and accommodation preparation for events
- Maintain housekeeping stock, amenities, and inventories
- Ensure the property consistently reflects luxury hospitality standards
- Assist in overseeing kitchen, restaurant, and public area presentation
- Manage guest feedback and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Drive service standards and operational excellence across the property
