Lodge Manager I Tanzania

? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is looking for an experienced ????? ??????? to manage the operations of a new 5* Game Lodge in Tanzania . This pivotal, hands-on role will see you managing every aspect of lodge performance, from overseeing daily operations, guest services, and team development, to ensuring exceptional hospitality standards in a remote safari environment. You will be responsible for motivating and guiding a diverse team, maintaining operational efficiency, and delivering an unforgettable guest experience, all while embracing the unique challenges and rewards of working in one of Africa’s most spectacular wilderness settings. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Business Management, Administration or Hospitality. Previous experience in hospitality management, preferably at a safari lodge or remote luxury resort. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Knowledge of wildlife, local culture, and safari operations is an advantage. Ability to adapt to remote living and challenging environments. Proficiency in reservations, reporting, and communication software. Solid track record with contactable references.
