This exciting opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a high-end bush environment and is committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining world-class operational standards. ✨ Key Responsibilities: ✔ Oversee food & beverage, housekeeping, and garden services within an exclusive-use luxury villa ✔ Deliver personalised and professional guest engagement tailored to high-end clientele ✔ Lead, motivate, and inspire a hospitality team to maintain exceptional service standards ✔ Manage administration, budgeting, ordering, and stock control processes ✔ Assist across additional lodge operations when required ✔ Ensure all operations align with established best operating practices ✔ Maintain high standards across all areas of the guest experience ? Requirements: ✔ Minimum 2 years’ experience within a 5-star luxury villa, lodge, or international hotel environment ✔ Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations essential ✔ Solid housekeeping management experience ✔ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and HR management skills ✔ Hospitality Diploma or equivalent qualification required ✔ Strong administration and organisational skills ✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel ✔ Experience with ResRequest and SAGE advantageous ✔ Professional English communication and hosting abilities ✔ Positive, energetic, and hands-on attitude ✔ Ability to work long hours and manage time effectively ✔ Willingness to work a 6-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off cycle (operationally dependent) ?
