You will be the visionary leader who seamlessly blends unparalleled guest hosting with a meticulous approach to operational excellence. This role is about more than management; it is about creating a living sanctuary where luxury meets wild nature. You will elevate every moment for our guests, from their first greeting to their final safari, by leading a team dedicated to providing a deeply personal and unforgettable journey. You will ensure that every facet of the lodge and its surrounding estate operates in perfect harmony, from the intricate dance of a safari drive to the quiet perfection of a guest room. By fostering a culture of passion, precision, and purpose, you will empower your team to not only meet but exceed expectations. Requirements · Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (Advantageous) · At least 5 years Lodge Management experience in a 5 star , Ultra luxury lodge environment (Essential) · Good understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (F&B, FOH, Finance, HR, Operations, Field, Maintenance etc) · Strong Food and Beverage background · Pure passion for the guest experience · Strong financial acumen · Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel · Professional and well groomed · Driver’s license essential Package on offer · Salary R 50 000 Gross pm (Highly Negotiable) · Live in with company benefits (Pension contribution) · 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off Starting Date: June/July 2026
