Logistics Officer

Job Summary

• We’re looking for a logistics officer to join our Ogba branch and support our day-to-day shipping operations.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver items to the airport and ensure proper documentation of shipments.
• Reconcile shipment weights and verify accuracy before dispatch.
• Confirm items are securely packaged before drop-off.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain organised records of all customer interactions.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to clients and internal teams.
• Prepare shipping documents with full accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• OND / HND / BSc in logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or freight operations is an added advantage.
• Good understanding of shipment documentation and airport procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure.
