Job Description – Logistics Sales Co-Ordinator
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform sales including telesales to Customers .
- Handle customer querries and offering to customers Competitive logistics Solutions .
- Issue proper weekly/ monthly sales report.
- Selling and cross-selling of Logistics services of the company.
- Maintain and strengthen relationship with customers.
- To Develop good Relationships with stakeholders .
- Enhanced sales activities, client interactions
Qualification & Competencies:
- Has some experience in Telesales or call Centres will be advantage
- Passionate in Sales
- Must be familiar with Social Media – Facebook and Tiktok and others
- Ability to secure new market share and building good Customer Intelligence.
- Well versed with in (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent Communication Skills .
- Team Player , ready to learn and share..
