Job Description – Logistics Sales Co-Ordinator


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales including telesales to Customers .
  • Handle customer querries and offering to customers Competitive logistics Solutions .
  • Issue proper weekly/ monthly sales report.
  • Selling and cross-selling of Logistics services of the company.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationship with customers.
  • To Develop good Relationships with stakeholders .
  • Enhanced sales activities, client interactions


Qualification & Competencies:

  • Has some experience in Telesales or call Centres will be advantage
  • Passionate in Sales
  • Must be familiar with Social Media – Facebook and Tiktok and others
  • Ability to secure new market share and building good Customer Intelligence.
  • Well versed with in (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent Communication Skills .
  • Team Player , ready to learn and share..
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and propose effective solutions.
