Lubricant Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and market penetration of the company’s lubricant products within Akure and its environs.
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and customer accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end‑users.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of Three 3 years’ proven work experience in lubricant sales, preferably within the lubricant or FMCG sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Akure and surrounding markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
