Luxury Residential Garbage Porter & Parking Attendant
Salary and Benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Waste & Chute Management: Daily collect, sort, and process residential trash and recycling from floor chutes and doorstep collection points.
Sanitation & Odor Control: Operate trash compactors and deeply sanitize loading docks, trash rooms, and bins to maintain luxury standards.
Grounds Maintenance: Keep the front driveway, lobby entrance, service corridors, and parking garages spotless and clear of debris.
Arrival Assistance: Coordinate with bell staff to open doors and assist residents with unloading packages, groceries, or luggage.
