As an M&A Analyst, you will support end-to-end deal execution while developing your expertise in financial modelling, valuations, due diligence, and strategic analysis alongside an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain financial models and company valuations.
• Support mergers and acquisitions transactions from origination through to execution.
• Conduct financial, commercial, and industry research and analysis.
• Prepare client presentations, investment memoranda, and transaction documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients throughout the deal process.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Qualified CA(SA) with a strong academic track record.
• Newly qualified or recently completed articles.
• Articles completed within a recognised audit or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated interest in mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, and valuations.
• Strong analytical ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
