Responsibilities:
Maintenance Duties:
  • Schedule and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Monitor the condition of equipment, machinery, vehicles, and facilities.
  • Maintain maintenance records, logs, and reports.
  • Liaise with technicians, contractors, and service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify maintenance needs.
  • Track maintenance costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
  • Follow up on repair requests and ensure timely completion.

Inventory Management Duties:
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming inventory and supplies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory databases and stock records.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests when necessary.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
  • Track the issuance and return of tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and prepare reports.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams regarding stock requirements.

Administrative Duties:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly maintenance and inventory reports.
  • Maintain documentation related to asset management and inventory control.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting for maintenance materials and spare parts.
  • Assist in implementing inventory and asset management systems.

Requirements:
  • HND in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with inventory management or computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
