MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT (Technician)

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, maintain and ensure scheduled maintenance intervals as maybe applicable are respected for all:

i. Electrical supply network within the site;
ii. Water supply network within the site;
iii. Toilets and associated accessories within the site;
iv. Rainwater drainage system within the site;
v. Grease trap system within the site;
vi. Fire fighting equipment, pump and other related fire devices;
vii. LPG gas system within the site;
viii. Sewer lifting station within the site;
ix. Water features within the site

Assist in the inspection, replacement, change, and service as may be applicable of all:

i.	lighting components;
ii.	power components;
iii.	plumbing components;
iv.	air conditioning and ventilation components;
v.	wooden claddings and decorations;
vi.	signages;
vii.	office furnitures within the site and that does not require specialist interventions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Assistant or in a similar role preferred.

• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings weekends, and holidays.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

• Valid certificate of character
