Job Purpose
- Eliminate / Reduce equipment in Chicken Republic restaurants as assigned.
- Quick response to maintenance issues by the Restaurant Manager as set in the process manual
Core Responsibilities and Key Result Areas
- Oversee PMP of key assets Generators 60kva and above
- Ensure maintenance of the water treatment plant
- Ensure maintenance of pumps
- Ensure a relatively uninterrupted power supply in the depot
- Maintain and repair depot equipment and fittings
- Ensure rectification of electrical faults
- Plan and co-ordinate electrical repairs on machines and other equipment
- Provide information on electrical spare parts
- Provide a daily log of operations and activities of the department
- Keep depot fuel consumption records
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Maintain facility operations in the food and beverage factory
- Establish a preventative maintenance program in both plants and restaurants
- Maintain a fleet of cars and other logistic equipment.
- Manage operations including supervision, purchasing, and performing required Engineering

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of any technical training is required
- Possession of any technical professional qualification is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Working Conditions:
- Job role holders typically work over 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and may entail putting in some extra hours due to the fast-paced environment weekends and evening work.
- This role requires frequent travelling from store to store, in resolving issues that may arise, and would involve knowledge of electrical/technical expertise.
