Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and structural systems.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance work.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Monitor maintenance supplies and recommend procurement of materials and spare parts.
Assist in developing and implementing maintenance schedules.
Keep the workplace clean, safe, and functional.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma, HND, or vocational certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in facility or building maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed both indoors and outdoors.
May involve lifting equipment, climbing ladders, and responding to emergency maintenance issues outside normal working hours.
Must observe all workplace health and safety procedures.
