The company is inviting applications from ambitious and suitably qualified graduates for two positions of Management Trainee – Civil Engineering under its 2026 Management Trainee Programme.The programme aims to develop future supervisors, technical specialists and managers through structured training, coaching, mentorship, job rotation and performance assessment.About the RoleThe Management Trainee – Civil Engineering will gain practical exposure to engineering operations related to water distribution networks, hydraulic modelling, infrastructure inspections and network optimisation.Successful candidates will support technical activities aimed at improving water network performance, reducing water losses and maintaining infrastructure assets.The programme will run for 6 to 24 months, depending on the trainee's development requirements.
Trainees may be considered for employment with the company upon completion, subject to their performance and organisational requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidates will be expected to:Conduct water network audits and field assessments.Support hydraulic modelling and water network optimisation.Assist with Non-Revenue Water (NRW) reduction and pressure management initiatives.Participate in infrastructure inspections and asset assessments.Prepare engineering reports and technical recommendations.Minimum Qualifications and RequirementsApplicants must have:A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.Graduated within the last three years.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills.Work experience is not required.
