About the Manager Claims Jobs in Lusaka As the Manager – Claims, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire claims function at ZSIC General Insurance Limited. The role demands a proactive leader who can oversee the claims lifecycle, ensure timely and fair settlements, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
This position plays a critical role in safeguarding the company’s interests through effective fraud detection and risk management. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the claims department to achieve operational goals.
Manage the end-to-end claims process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Ensure claims are settled promptly, fairly, and cost-effectively.
Implement and monitor fraud detection measures and mitigate claims risks. Maintain compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
Build and sustain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders. Candidate Requirements Minimum Grade 12 School Certificate.
Bachelor’s Degree in Insurance, Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline. At least 6 years of relevant experience in claims management or a related field.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Comprehensive knowledge of insurance claims processes, fraud detection techniques, and risk management principles.
