General Duties:
- Develop, implement, and oversee medical marketing strategies that support product awareness, healthcare provider engagement, and institutional partnerships across the region.
- Lead the development of detailing aids, medical training materials, facility visibility assets, and clinician-facing communication tools.
- Supervise the Regional Contact Centre to ensure all consumer counselling is clinically accurate, compliant with internal standards, and aligned with medical best practices.
- Foster and maintain strategic partnerships with medical associations, hospitals, public health institutions, and professional bodies.
- Ensure all medical marketing activities adhere to clinical accuracy, regulatory requirements, and ethical communication standards across all three countries.
- Coordinate medical marketing activities with the Sales, Programs, and Communications Unit to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and project deliverables.
- Support the progrms department with the needed visibility materials for their activations and training.
- Support continuous learning, capacity building, and performance evaluation for the Contact Centre team and other medical marketing staff.
Specific Duties:
- Produce and update medical marketing resources including medical detailing aids, protocol guides, prescriber tools, HCP education packs, and clinical communication materials.
- Develop facility visibility materials such as posters, informational charts, consultation room branding, and institutional signage to strengthen brand presence.
- Lead the creation of professional training decks and presentation materials for healthcare provider workshops and medical educative events.
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Programs to ensure effective and timely rollout of medical campaigns, community outreach events, institutional programs, and provider trainings.
- Conduct periodic field visits to assess facility presence, branding quality, HCP engagement outcomes, and institutional partnership effectiveness.
- Prepare and submit monthly medical engagement reports, supported by analytics, insights, and recommendations for improved clinical engagement strategies.
- Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation for medical marketing and Contact Centre operations.
- Ensure prompt escalation and resolution of clinical or product-related concerns identified through the Contact Centre or provider interactions.
- Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure medical messaging supports both marketing objectives and clinical standards.

- Engages with healthcare providers, medical associations, hospitals, clinics, institutional partners, regulatory agencies, and professional bodies involved in reproductive health, medical education, and institutional service delivery.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of medical marketing, healthcare provider engagement, and institutional communication.

Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Marketing, o related medical/health discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical marketing, institutional engagement, clinical education, or health communication.
- Experience working with healthcare facilities, medical associations, or institutional programs is an asset.
- Familiarity with reproductive health, family planning, or pharmaceutical communication is highly desirable.
Location: Ghana, with regional responsibilities for Liberia & Sierra Leone
