Managing Director / CEO – Insurance Brokerage

• Our client is seeking a Managing Director / CEO to lead its growth strategy, expand market presence, and drive sustainable profitability.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Membership of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria CIIN.
• Membership of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers NCRIB.
• Current NCRIB Membership Clearance Certificate.
• Minimum 10 years of insurance brokerage experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership or executive role.
• Proven track record of business growth, profitability, and strategic leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Remuneration

• Base Salary: N12,000,000 - N16,000,000 annually.
• Attractive Variable Pay / Commission Structure.
