Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

• Develop and manage the company's budget.

• Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Implement effective HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent.

• Manage employee performance, including conducting performance reviews and addressing any issues.
